This is a unique pickle made from kidney beans cultivated in a small cluster of villages in the Harsil Valley at altitudes above 9000 feet. The town of Harsil is also known as the ‘mini-Switzerland of India’. The Pickle is prepared using our own cold-pressed Mustard oil. Women hill-farmers have used traditional spices and condiments and followed their home recipe in preparing the pickle. It has a tantalising taste and will be a delight for your taste buds.
